Job Description:
Customer Service ManagerWe're on the lookout for a talented
Customer Service Manager to help build a strong culture of customer
service and develop innovative customer service initiatives by
analyzing and utilizing data at a highly profitable, rapidly
growing food manufacturer! This person must have an expert-level
understanding of their company s products and services in order to
guide customers and provide proper training to new Customer Service
Representatives.Location: Ocala, FLJob Responsibilities:Supervising
the daily operations of the customer service departmentCreating a
reliable customer loyalty programSetting customer service goals for
team members and helping them reach those goalsInteracting with
customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely
mannerEstablishing and maintaining relationships with
customersDeveloping and maintaining tracking systemsMaking weekly
and monthly reports and surveysStaying current on the latest
industry trends and techniquesResponding to time-sensitive emails
or phone messages from customers, employees or upper-management
personnelHolding meetings with Customer Service Representatives to
discuss recent customer feedback, review new policies foranswering
phone calls and chat messages and answer questions from their team
membersLooking at data regarding customer feedback and organize
data into complaints, praise and common questions about products or
servicesWriting reports based on this data to make suggestions to
upper management about potential product defects or highlighting
products or processes that customers loveRequired
Skills/Qualifications: 5-7 years related experience in the customer
service industry2 years of management/supervisory experience of a
customer service teamExcellent people skills, with a focus on
patience, compassion, and empathy, with a passion for achieving
customer satisfactionA sense of urgency in addressing issues.
Ability to organize and meet deadlines for a wide variety of job
assignments.The ability to effectively lead a team, maintaining a
positive, supportive, empowering, proactive and can-do attitude
towards work and co-workers in fulfilling the mission of the
company.
