Job Description:

Positioned for continued growth and expansion in their Womens Health Services, HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to joining their well-established and highly respected group of physicians.Qualified Candidates:
Join established practice
Consultative only, no deliveries with inpatient coverage for HCA Florida North Florida Hospital only
No in-house call
Practice call taken in week increments / mostly telephone call
All full-time sonographers are boarded in fetal echocardiography
OBGYN residents rotate through office / opportunity for teaching, if interested
2 practice locations (Gainesville and Ocala) with expansion opportunities
Large catchment area
Board certification strongly preferred
Proficiency in cerclage placement desired
Proficiency in amniocentesis and / or chorionic villus sampling (CVS) would be a plus
First MFM practice in Florida to obtain AUM 76811 Adjunct Detailed Fetal Anatomic US Accreditation
Only MFM practice in the area that is AIUM accredited
NFRMC delivers over 3,500 babies a year and recently opened level III NICU
GE Voluson E10 machines and reporting system (Viewpoint) available
