This is rate is negotiable based on your experience.*Benefits for a MDS Manager:** Full benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, life insurance, free CEUs, employee perks, AND MORE* Major growth opportunities for our staff* Caring culture and environment* Work for a CMS rated FIVE-STAR facility!*Responsibilities of a MDS Manager:** Responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring the center stays in compliance with current professional practice standards, physicians orders, company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations* Develop a care plan that has long-term and short-term goals for improvements* Conduct meetings with multidisciplinary treatment teams, caretakers, and families*Qualifications for a MDS Manager:** Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse RN licensure in the state of practice required* Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, LTC payer systems, the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), the RAI process, and the MDS process preferred OR prior nursing in a long-term care facility*ABOUT US*Metro West, located at 5900 Westgate Drive, Orlando FL 32835, is a 120-bed, joint commission accredited facility that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services.
