_*Customer Support Specialist*_Spherion Gainesville, FL has a
client looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve as first
contact to provide technical support, answer, screen, research,
inform, advise, record, process, and follow-up all customer
requests efficiently and expeditiously as received by phone, mail
or personally at their Gainesville, FL facility. Let's get to
work.Possible temp to hire position. Two positions open a FT
40hr/wk and Part-time 24hr/wkGainesville, FLSchedule: FT & PT,
various shifts from 7am - 11:30pm, Hours may include weekends and
holidays. After training days (Tues.,Wed. and Thurs.) the PT shift
will be 3pm 1130pmSalary: $21.59/hrPlease email resumes to: Lou
Carlton*RESPONSIBILITIES: *- Analyze and provide solutions uniquely
suited to individual customers- Provide customer technical support
for troubleshooting password resets, ticket routing, switches,
routers, etc..- May analyze customer contracts and services- Other
duties as assigned*QUALIFICATIONS:*- High School Diploma required-
3+ years of experience in customer service and help desk
experience.- Sharp analytical and mathematical skills- Basic
knowledge of or ability to learn billing and records policies and
procedures- Working knowledge of computers and relevant software
including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
Explorer and SAP- Candidates who have utility billing, accounting
and finance experience highly preferred*Skills:*- Able to work on
multiple monitors- Ability to multitask and be flexible- Excellent
