SUMMARY The Treasury Operations Specialist is responsible for managing external business partner deliverables, collaborating with management to create appropriate strategy & framework for communications, developing broad understanding of interrelated compliance requirements, identifying risks, and providing advisory support on specific compliance questions. The Treasury Relationship Specialist will also assist with cash and dividend forecasting & distribution. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong logical reasoning, and superior attention to detail. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and manage strong company reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external partiesUnderstand and provide oversight for contractual arrangements and debt agreements in place for Attorney In Fact and Reciprocal InsurerWork closely with stakeholders regarding communicating financial results, analytics, and any other required documentation Review financial statements, complete analytics and provide cash flow/distribution forecast for Attorney In FactPresent insights on activity to management teamManage and communicate quarterly earnings to internal and external partiesCoordinate/Ensure/Communicate payments, distributions to stakeholders with MGA team, Treasury, Accounts Payable, etc.Work closely with leaders, business partners, legal, regarding any contractual changes, etc.-Support Attorney In Fact audits with PWCSupport tax preparation for Attorney In Fact with external tax specialists PM19

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business related field and 5+ years of accounting/finance/treasury/investment experience in a full-time capacity; or the equivalent combination of education/training and work experience.PI190653172
