At Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Analyst, Prime Services Analyst. This role is integral to our operations and will provide you with a great opportunity to make an impact. You will be working closely with the Head of Asset Services and supporting various domestic legal entities, ensuring high-level operational client support and contributing to project work. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for client and administrator operational queries, providing excellent client service. Handle trades across equity and fixed-income PB, including trade capture, broker mapping, and resolving connectivity issues. Manage client trade and cash activities, settlements, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processes. Complete all daily processes and controls, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. Initiate and drive projects to reduce manual processes, improving overall operational effectiveness. Help maintain a risk-aware culture, ensuring potential risks are identified and escalated promptly. Collaborate with the business to support project work and ad-hoc requests, contributing to operational excellence. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge. Work closely with the Head of Asset Services and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client support. Qualifications Excellent client service skills, with the ability to manage pressure and deliver exceptional support. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on financial markets and operations. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate and engage with clients and colleagues. A proven track record of teamwork and collaboration, with a desire to work in a dynamic team environment. Experience in financial services or brokerage back-office operations is desirable, with an understanding of basic accounting principles. Knowledge of or interest in prime brokerage operations, dividends, and corporate actions is an advantage. A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, with a higher degree preferred. A desire to continuously learn and develop your skills, staying updated on industry trends. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely and accurate results. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
