Senior Tax Manager - Orlando, FL Who: A CPA with at least ten
years of public accounting experience and proven leadership
ability, committed to progressing into a Partner role within the
next 2–3 years. What: Leads complex tax engagements, performs final
technical reviews, manages staff and workflow, and contributes to
firmwide growth and business development initiatives. When:

and partner-track expectations. Position Overview: The Senior Tax
Manager – Partner Track oversees complex tax engagements, ensures
high technical accuracy, manages client relationships, develops
staff, and plays a key role in business development, positioning
the candidate for partnership consideration within 2–3 years. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide final technical review on tax returns
and related documents across the client base. - Research complex
tax issues and develop effective recommendations. - Remain current
on tax law changes and evolving accounting procedures. - Plan,
schedule, and manage client engagements to ensure timely
completion. - Communicate proactively with clients to support their
best interests and long-term relationships. - Direct and support
staff by setting objectives, managing budgets, and fostering a
positive, high-performance environment. - Oversee quality control
and evaluate personnel performance. - Assign, track, and manage
tasks and projects for staff and supervisors. - Mentor and develop
team members in alignment with firm growth goals. - Build and
maintain an internal and external network to support business
development and new client opportunities. - Manage billing,
collections, WIP monitoring, aging, and write-downs. - Participate
in and help facilitate internal CPE and firm training initiatives.
Qualifications: - CPA certification required. - Minimum of ten
years of public accounting experience. - Demonstrated leadership
and team development capabilities. - Strong decision-making skills
with initiative and independent judgment. - Ability to remain calm,
organized, and effective under pressure. - Proven ability to manage
