Join the growing team at Radiant Credit Union in a key role as our Marketing Lead Generation Coordinator. This opportunity is to become a member of our dynamic marketing team and lead the organization's digital and traditional media efforts to attract new members and continue raising awareness of our brand.You'll be able to flex your strong digital skills in marketing automation, web search and display marketing, landing page optimization, email targeting and Google Analytics and tagging. You also be able to directly support our digital efforts with traditional media placement and OOH targeting. You'll also get to dive into content marketing (video, written, etc.) to help support our brand positioning and continue growing market awareness.We're looking for someone with at least a few years of experience who's definitely had their hands in the marketing mixing bowl, but also looking to skyrocket their learning curve along with the rest of the team. Role: Responsibility for execution and management of digital/traditional marketing campaigns and brand marketing toward attracting new members. Leverage a variety of media platforms and delivery methods for measurable lead generation and heightened brand awareness.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities include planning and tactical execution of marketing campaigns to attract prospective members. Oversight and/or development of necessary marketing assets to leverage digital delivery channels, including (digital video, digital display, email, social media, search listings and optimization) and traditional media channels (broadcast, outdoor, print). Understanding of lead gen techniques and processes will be essential to maximize the top of the funnel. Coordination and/or collaboration with Marketing team and third-party service providers for campaign execution and results tracking.
  • Development of ongoing content marketing programs to maintain brand/prospect awareness in defined market areas and to capture new prospects. Develop and/or source new content production (video or written) for lead generation, manage digital delivery of content, and relevant engagement and results tracking. Skillfully manage content delivery channels through internal tools or third-party providers.
  • Assists Marketing team in execution of other marketing programs where needed; including member email marketing, in-branch digital displays, social media marketing, website and online banking marketing, and other platforms as needed.
  • Collaborates with Marketing team in marketing campaign development and creative design direction. Contributes and supports overall marketing campaign strategy. Provides detailed feedback regarding traditional and digital campaign success.
  • Adherence to Radiant branding and brand standards in production of marketing materials and platforms.
  • Coordinates with Marketing team any internal communications to Team Radiant regarding marketing programs, member offers, member communications, and company-sponsored events.
  • Assists with collaboration and coordination of community events developed by prospect marketing, member marketing, or branch management.
  • Other duties as requested or assigned.
    Education & Experience:
    • Three to five years of similar or related experience. Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms, HubSpot preferred. Working knowledge and/or certification in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google listings. Working knowledge of website management/maintenance/development.
    • (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
