Were seeking experiencedElectricians to join our traveling field team. This position requires solid electrical knowledge, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented attitude. Youll work on major commercial and industrial projects with opportunities for leadership and advancement within the company. What Youll Do Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on large commercial and industrial projects. Work alongside Foremen and Superintendents to ensure projects meet Pioneer standards for quality and safety. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Perform conduit bending, panel terminations, and equipment installation. Adhere to NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards at all times. Travel to job sites across the Southeast primarily, some NE opportunities (lodging and per diem provided). Maintain professionalism while representing Pioneer Electric Group in the field. What Were Looking For Minimum 4years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. Journeyman license preferred (or equivalent field experience). Strong understanding of NEC codes and electrical construction practices. Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently or as part of a crew. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel full-time to support projects across multiple states. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
