Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a dedicated New
Graduate Registered Nurse to join our skilled team of healthcare

Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate
integrated patient care. Deliver patient education and ensure
compliance with healthcare plans. Monitor patient conditions
continuously and report any changes to the designated supervisor.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document
all patient interactions properly. Strong clinical skills with a
focus on patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in using medical
software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must have passed the
NCLEX-RN to obtain Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Florida.
