As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will collaborate with skilled healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and gain invaluable experience through direct patient interaction, under the guidance and supervision of experienced nursing staff. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for and report any adverse reactions. Maintain a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with hospital standards. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN). Additional certifications in BLS and ACLS preferred.
