North Africa (MENA) region. Summary Objective The Production
Coordinator will be responsible for production administrative
activities at the Manufacturing Facility. The Production
Coordinator will assist with the planning, scheduling,
implementing, and monitoring administrative production activities,
ensuring requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are
met. Assists with setting and overseeing work assignments,
schedules, and work quality of the manufacturing team. Essential
Functions: Reviews project specifications, drawings, and other
project documents to understand requirements. Assist with schedules
and coordinates work with and of appropriate department staff so
that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Identifies, acquires, and ensures the availability of materials and
supplies. Drafts, develops, and implements cost-effective
manufacturing methods and procedures to ensure that production is
within applicable standards. Assist with the coordination of
hardware testing with quality assurance staff. Assist with
workforce projections and budget estimates based on a summary of
labor hours and material costs for each job. Identifies
requirements for packaging and shipping. Assist with confirming,
team loading and monitor individual project team lists and crew
sizing in Project Plan, based on Foreman, Leadmen and QAQC input
through coordination with Shop Superintendents. Assists with
schedules and supports floor activities through coordination with
Superintendents, QAQC and shipping and receiving personnel. Seek to
identify improved methods of production. Assists with coordination
of quality checks performed by QAQC. Responsibilities may require
sedentary work, including but not limited to computer operation,
video review, classroom or online training, job
observations/inspections, and peer work review. Prepares for ISO
9001 and other audits. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

Work Environment This position operates out of a manufacturing
facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical
parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a
variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise
level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Physical
Demands The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The
employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to
finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee
is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop,
kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move
up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus. Expected Hours of Work This
is a full-time position. First shift days and hours of work are
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional evening
and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel
Travel is primarily not required with exception to local travel
during the business day. Required Education and Experience High
school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of
experience in related disciplines including production planning, or
assembly work, required. Preferred Education and Experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in related area preferred.
Experience in Welding SMAW, FCAW and GTAW, or a combination
thereof. Experience in Industrial Structural Fitting process and
procedures. Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in USA.
