Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to lead a team of 12-15 field technicians, providing top-notch offerings and equipment, with a focus on employee safety and advancement opportunities.

Are you a skilled craftsman with a minimum of five years of experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service industry? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and manage quoted work? If so, we want to hear from you.

The Technical Team Lead must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service industry. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 12-15 field technicians
  
• Providing top-notch offerings and equipment
  
• Ensuring employee safety and advancement opportunities
  
• Developing and managing quoted work
  
• Interacting with customers and developing technicians
  
• Working with the service manager for scheduling and promoting safety
  
  
  Requirements include:
  
  
  
• Mechanical Journeyman License
  
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial and mechanical troubleshooting experience
  
• Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills
