Automotive Electrical Technician to build reproduction 1960s

discover our story at www.revologycars.com. ABOUT THE JOB The
Automotive Electrical Technician assembles various components
associated with the automotive electrical system, including body
and powertrain wiring harnesses and control modules, HVAC systems,
instrument panels and gauges, interior and exterior lighting, power
windows and door locks, remote keyless entry systems, entertainment
systems, and other components. The Automotive Electrical Technician
also performs quality checks, such as point-to-point continuity
testing on harnesses. PAY AND BENEFITS An Automotive Electrical
Technician at Revology Cars will earn between $25 and $34 per hour,
depending on their skills and experience. This is not a flat-rate
job. The pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being
assigned enough hours. The work week is 6:45 am to 3:15 pm Monday
through Friday. We offer company-sponsored medical, dental, and
vision coverage, as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
80 hours of paid time off (PTO) starts accruuing immediately after
hire. New hires are eligible for holiday pay after just 90 days.
All full-time employees are eligible for our 401(k) plan, which
offers a company match of up to 4% after just 180 days of
employment. REQUIREMENTS At least two years of experience as an
automotive technician with emphasis on automotive electrical
systems. High school diploma or GED. Ability and willingness to
learn and follow safety rules and procedures. Ability to perform
manual labor, standing and walking much of the time, and with a
certain amount of manual dexterity (the ability to pick up, handle,
and manipulate tools, parts, and/or materials quickly and
accurately). Ability to maneuver into, around, and about vehicles
or components on an assembly line. Tasks may require a certain
amount of reaching, twisting, and bending. Ability to learn,
remember, and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job
after instruction, training, and familiarization with the tasks.
Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions, both
verbal and written. Ability to perceive differences in very
specific details when inspecting parts or work performed, checking
for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various
parts/components by identification number or code. Ability and
willingness to work in a team environment, including helping
co-workers, maintaining, and promoting a safe work environment,
treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal
differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests
from leadership. Must have a keen eye for detail, great dexterity,
inquisitive, and take pride in his/her work. Able to work
efficiently and consistently with a quality mindset. Must have
successfully completed a vocational education program in automotive
technology and have experience in automotive electrical work. All
positions require the ability and willingness to follow work
instructions and perform tasks consistently, to the same high
standard of quality, every time. All positions require familiarity
with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or
