Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards Diagnose any malfunctions and perform repair Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required Document work performed Road-test vehicles when required Attend factory-sponsored training classes Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Prior technician experience PREFERRED Knowledge of shop equipment Strong mechanical aptitude Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license clean drug screening Benefits: Compensation - Flat rate hour depending on qualifications (we need trainees as well) Full Benefits Package - Medical, Dental, Disability, Paid vacations, Vision & 401k (with 2.5% company match) available Family Friendly Schedule - we're always closed on Sundays Advancement Opportunities - our average employee (out of 320) has been with us for six years and we like to promote from within.
