but may be remote depending on experience.Compensation: Salary
range starting from $70K annually

What you will do: - ---- Coordinate with Business Development on
member recruiting for companion program CPAConnect, our alliance of
small firms and sole practitioners.--- Help to develop and present
new member orientations that communicate the association's
offerings and resources. -You will also do this similarly for
regular member refreshers. ---- Manage member committees to gather
input on programs and relevant contents and education. - ----
Develop and manage the programs and events that support CPAConnect
including its annual live meeting. ---- Develop and manage programs
and events that support CPA firm administration function in the
firms that includes firm administrators, COOs, CFOs, HR and firm
management. -Do same for the association's Large Firm Group. - ----
Develop event agendas with member and team input, negotiating with
and securing speakers and presenters. - ---- Manage and promote 4-5
live events per year working with marketing and event managers to
drive attendance, coordinate agendas with logistics, control
certain aspects of budgets, and ultimately achieve highest possible
event evaluations. ---- Travel to desirable locations for the 4-5
live events you will be managing on-site. ---- Monitor assigned
member communications for response and assist members locating the
expertise, help, support and/or resource needed. ---- Participate
with Services Team in ongoing assessment, management, and
development of current and future initiatives with the goal of
delivering relevant, progressive programs of value to our members.

What you should have: ---- Minimum of Bachelor's degree
required.--- Five to eight years' experience in fast paced,
professional environment.--- Exceptional executive presence,
including experience with high-level professionals.--- Excellent
customer service skills with a passion for helping others. ----
Tech savvy skills including experience facilitating and leading
virtual meetings, specifically via Zoom. --- Expert-level
proficiency with MS Office; helpful if you have experience with
Adobe and even better if you have experience with Association
Management Software (AMS).--- Professional and proactive social
media presence is a must. --- Experience in any of the following
areas is desirable but not required: professional services firms,
association services, events/event management
