The Nurse Director will manage all departmental functions including concurrent coding, utilization review, financial outcomes management, social work, and patient education. The Nurse Director will also assure standards of care and practice are met based on patient care needs in the most cost-effective manner.The RN Nurse Director Case Management will collaborate with Quality Management and nursing leadership to promote positive clinical outcomes. The Nurse Director will also oversee integration of the department into the overall functioning of the organization.
