A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, People
Internal Communications for their People & Places team.
Key Responsibilities:
Use storytelling to deepen employees' connection to the business,
programs, culture, and each other
Partner with internal teams to communicate initiatives to the
global employee population
Lead strategic communication planning for various People-related
programs
Required Qualifications:
5-6+ years of experience in Internal Communications, preferably
with knowledge of People programs
Proven ability to deliver internal communications for comprehensive
People initiatives
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously
Experience at a fast-growing company with knowledge of public
company best practices
A proactive, go-getter approach to work
