Job Description:
A company is looking for a School Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Strategic CSMs to build relationships with large
school districts and drive school production adoption
Connect district goals to individual school use and share user
feedback with internal stakeholders
Create scalable strategies to deliver results within prioritized
schools and drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion
Required Qualifications:
Experience in the education field, either working in district or
partnering with districts at previous companies
Experience in client success planning and driving product adoption
with users
Ability to uncover hidden needs and translate client goals into
applicable goals for the company
Proactive management of client relationships and strategic planning
to maximize results
Proven history of partnering with Sales team to achieve revenue
goals and work across teams to ensure client resources are met
