Director of the Chomp TogetHER Women's Initiative - Hawkins
Center The University Athletic Association at the University of
Florida is searching for a Director to create and maintain a
comprehensive networking and mentoring program to support current
and former female student-athletes. This position will focus on
providing opportunities for connection, collaboration and
enrichment for Gator athletes in our women's sport program.
This posting will remain open until a qualified candidate is
chosen. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of progressively responsible administrative
experience
- Strong administrative, interpersonal, communication, and
customer service skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent thinker
- Organized individual with the ability to multi-task
effectively
- Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures
or backgrounds
- Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include
evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- A working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Prior experience in an intercollegiate athletic environment
