Director of the Chomp TogetHER Women's Initiative - Hawkins Center The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Director to create and maintain a comprehensive networking and mentoring program to support current and former female student-athletes. This position will focus on providing opportunities for connection, collaboration and enrichment for Gator athletes in our women's sport program.
This posting will remain open until a qualified candidate is chosen. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of progressively responsible administrative experience
• Strong administrative, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent thinker
• Organized individual with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
• Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • A working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
