The Director of Operations & Business Development is assigned the
following duties and responsibilities:
Business Development and Marketing
- Research, evaluate and implement industry best business
practices, using Child Care Marketing Solutions business growth
ideas and concepts.
- Study operations of existing PMI businesses and formulate
innovative marketing plan(s).
- Propose cost-effective business expansion and revenue
generation strategies and plans of action.
- Utilize local Chamber(s) of Commerce business development
Social Media Management Team
Manage social media forums.
Facilities Maintenance & Projects Coordination
Plan, coordinate and monitor building maintenance, repairs, and
renovation activities and contracts related to PMI structures,
HVAC, electric, plumbing, alarm, fire, etc.
Oversee janitorial services and lawn maintenance contracts and
Perform periodic facilities inspections, develop preventative
maintenance schedule, obtain quotes/estimates, and develop
Coordinate IT maintenance (internet, telephone, computer hardware,

Manage property control and inventory operations.
Monitor and manage operations of PMI facilities and properties

Oversee IT systems implementation and integration (hardware and
