Cardiology-Noninvasive opening in Gainesville, Florida. This and

Cardiology Opportunity in North Florida - Near Gainesville &
Jacksonville!! Hospital is building a Cardiology group. Ideally
would like to build a 4 member hospital employed group with 1
invasive/non-interventionalist and 1 non-invasive based primarily
in town, and 2 non-invasive Cardiologists to be based nearby.
Reason for Search: There is not sufficient Cardiology coverage to
meet the hospital's / community's needs. Call Coverage: Will
establish a Cardiology group to provide coverage. 1 weekend of call
for the practice every three weeks. 1 in 3 days call coverage for
the Practice. Office Space: Existing office space in medical office
building located on the hospital campus. Equipment: base office
equipment and EKG machine. One Cardiac Catheterization (currently
diagnostic only). Only one Cardiologist in area performs caths so
scheduling is not an issue. Competitive financial package to
include salary (based on MGMA guidelines), incentive (based on
WRVUs), comprehensive benefits package (vacation, CME, 401k,
malpractice insurance, relocation) and option for commencement
bonus, medical education debt assistance and fellowship stipend.
City is centrally located in north Florida, an hour from
Jacksonville, and 45 minutes north of Gainesville. A charming small
town with a family centered atmosphere. Numerous springs, rivers,
lakes to enjoy boating, skiing, swimming, diving. State parks
throughout region for camping, hiking trails, a wonderful way to
experience the great outdoors. Two country clubs/golf courses, and
tennis courts. Residents enjoys small town benefits of larger
