Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: 04/12/2021Available Shifts: 8/10/12 N Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00

MT with active FL license. 2+ years of experience AND the most recent 2 years MUST be in a hospital setting ONLY. There is a 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. Microbiology experience Required. Must be able to work evening/Night shifts. Our need in Alachua microbiology is second and/or third shift tech to perform and read Gram Stains, Kit testing and PCR testing. Must have microbiological experience, interpreting cultures and updating the results. They Must be able to READ the specimens and use Meditech. All phases of micro experience to include reading plates setting up ID and sensitivities. LIS =Meditech. Meditech, Vitek, Maldi Tof. Please include the traveler's MT ASCP or MT AMT Certification in the Submittal Packet. Traveler must be a Florida state Licensed Medical Technologist. Please be sure that the License Verification lists all their disciplines/qualifications.
