We would love to talk to you about this fantastic opportunity.Unit SummaryThe Medical/Surgical Cardiac North Tower Unit is a 45 bed fast paced unit that includes the post-surgical cardiac patient population. This is a fast paced unit where we focus on patient satisfaction, quality and teamwork together. You will provide safe and effective nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. We provide care to patients with a primary cardiac diagnosis, including congestive heart failure, chest pain, and arrhythmias. We are trained to begin specific antiarrhythmic drugs, including IV Cardizem, IV Amiodarone, and oral Sotalol.We have a supportive leadership team that is committed to being available for staff and patients when needed. The next step of your career begins now!QualificationsCurrent license as a RNCurrent certification as a BLS Healthcare ProviderGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursing1+ Years of experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting preferredCustomer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
