Job Description & RequirementsMedical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)StartDate: 06/13/2022Available Shifts: 10 N Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Must have Covid Vaccination Status on file at time of submission. MT, MLS or Blood Bank Tech Certification and FL Immunohematology Technologist License required. Experience in a High Complexity Transfusion and Level 1 Trauma Center needed. Must demonstrate a superior level of skill of technical proficiency and problem solving ability with automated and manual methods: 1) testing for blood type, antibody detection, and complex antibody identification. 2) investigating hemolytic disease of the newborn, hemolytic anemias, and adverse responses to transfusion; 3) supporting physicians in transfusion with coagulopathies; and 4) providing compatibility testing and antibody titration studies. Manger interviews. Must start late May/Early June and must stay a minimum of 6 months.
