What you will do in this role:
    • Performance and Quality Improvement, Assists with Policies and Procedures process, Chest Pain Service Line, Stroke service Line, Sepsis data collection, Staffing/Productivity, Program Development, and Nursing care for specific patient population.--
    • The--Manager must work closely with staff, physicians, and other directors to ensure quality patient care.--
    • The--Manager guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources.
    • Demonstrates a high level of clinical competence that creates an environment of clinical excellence resulting in improved individual and group clinical outcomes. Facilitates individualized, evidence-based, highly effective care to patients and families through coordination/collaboration of the entire healthcare team.--
    • Through role modeling, coaching and demonstration, fosters learning for the staff and promotes outcomes-oriented nursing practice. What qualifications you will need:
      • Associates Nursing Degree required; Bachelors preferred
      • 3-5 years of experience in a Critical Care arena
      • Florida RN licensure required
