Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.Administers treatments and occupational equipment as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

  • Bachelors DegreeThis role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).HCA Florida Lake City Hospital is a 103-bed acute care hospital.
