This opportunity offers:

• Monday to Friday 8a-5p schedule. No call or weekends.
• The provider will be seeingadult patientsin acorrectional setting.
• Candidates will be responsible for medication management, evaluations of new patients, and ongoing counseling-testing.
• Must have clean and active FL license.
• Comfortable working with correctional patients.Located in Union County, Lake Butler is located along the eastern shore of the lake, which is notable for its undeveloped shoreline.
