Location: Gainesville, Florida Type: Direct Hire Job #865 Endoscopy Registered Nurse / Acute Care We are seeking a qualified Endoscopy Registered Nurse for an immediate opening in Gainesville, FL! Our Endoscopy services have three rooms. We pride ourselves on our caring, compassionate, and highly skilled staff of RN's, and Endoscopy Technologists. Together, we claim hundreds of years of experience. We offer the following benefits:

• $25 to $36 per hour (Based on experience)

  • Day shifts with rotating weekends Endoscopy Registered Nurse / Acute Care Job Responsibilities Additional responsibilities for the Endoscopy Registered Nurse include:
    • Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Perform responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking, management, problem solving and differentiation of urgency in the role of clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership and professional development.
    • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
    • Support the organizations vision and mission.
    • Use knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Job Requirements Specific qualifications for the Endoscopy Registered Nurse role include:
      • Current license as a RN
      • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
      • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
