  QUALIFICATIONS of the RPT (Physical Therapist):
  Current Florida RPT (Physical Therapist) license
  Current CPR
  EXPERIENCE of the RPT (Physical Therapist):
  At least one (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
