*Position Title: Clinician*

*Salary: Unlicensed $47,500 or $52,500 for community based work - Licensed: $61,800 - $66,950*

*Various Locations: Gainesville FL, Lake City FL, Starke FL, Chiefland FL, Ocala FL, MacClenny FL, Live Oak FL, Trenton FL, and Palatka FL.*

North Central Florida. We us a multidisciplinary approach to treating to those facing

mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

* Complete bio-psychosocial assessment of assigned clients within 24 hour of admission.
* Counsel substance abuse and dual diagnosis clients, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and making changes.
* Complete and maintain accurate records and reports regarding the patients' histories and progress, services provided, and other required information.
* Develop individualized client treatment plans within 7 days of admission, based on research, clinical experience, and client histories.
* Review and evaluate clients' progress in relation to measurable goals and objectives described in treatment and care plans.
* Interview clients, review records, and confer with other professionals in order to evaluate individuals' mental and physical condition, and to determine their suitability for participation in a specific program.
* Intervene as advocate for clients or patients in order to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations

*Who are we looking for?*

* Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field.

LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed PsychologistAt least one year of experience in the mental health fieldKnowledge of the Baker Act is preferred***Depending on the specific program*** Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements

* Drivers Requirement:

Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements._In order to qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must at least 21 years of age and have an active Florida Driver's license. Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years. Drivers over 65 years old must provide a current doctor's note stating they have no driving limitations._*What You Will Love!*
