As an expert in patient care, our clinical leader will plan and predict optimal care needs based on quality benchmarking, patient acuity and care trends, staff clinical education needs and patient satisfaction. In this role, you'll support nursing leadership and ensure excellence in research, education and practice, as you lead our vision for autonomous, accountable nursing. Our clinical leader will also work collaboratively to establish a culture of trust, where nurses are committed to patient advocacy and innovative patient care.

We're looking for a positive and inspirational RN with a current license in Florida and a required master's degree in nursing. Consideration will be given to those currently enrolled in formal education to obtain an MSN. To achieve success in this role, you'll also bring:

--- - - -A national nursing certification (required within six months of hire)

--- - - -More than two years of experience in clinical specialty

--- - - -Demonstrated autonomous and accountable nursing practice with knowledge and application of patient care outcomes management

--- - - -Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills (to influence staff's knowledge and application of evidence-based practice)

--- - - -Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

--- - - -Ability and experience to coach team members and empower patients in self-management and shared decision making
