Description: The Department of Neurology, at the University of
Florida invites outstanding applicants for consideration for a
full-time, open rank, tenure or non-tenure track faculty position
in Neurocritical Care. The successful candidate will perform
inpatient attending including consultations, teaching, supervising
medical students, residents and fellows, with a vested interest in
research. Opportunities for clinical and research collaborations
are abundant. Resources include the McKnight Brain Institute,
Institute on Aging, Clinical and Translational Science Institute,
Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Disease,
Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases, Center for
Neurogenetics, Wilder Center for Epilepsy Research, Center for
Neuropsychological Studies, Malcom Randall VAMC, including the
Brain Research and Rehabilitation Center and Epilepsy Center of
Excellence, and Shands HealthCare. The University of Florida (UF)

experienceMinimum Requirements: M.D., D.O. Prerequisite
qualifications include successful completion of a neurology
residency and successful completion of an accredited neurocritical
care fellowship with board certification or eligibility in
neurocritical care. Board eligible or board certified or comparable
for Neurocritical care. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years
experience in an inpatient NeuroICU setting.Special Instructions to
