You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to 'float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.What will you do in this role:Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentialityFacilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosisProvide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvementJob Requirements:1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple unitsCurrently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation. State of Florida license or appropriate compact licensure.
