Job Title: Cath Lab TechnologistWe are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing.About the JobThis is a travel opportunity for a Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team and ensuring the highest level of patient care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to address physical, general, and psychosocial needs.
• Function under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Assist cardiologist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, anticipating and obtaining catheters, wires, and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.Requirements
  • Current License in good standing.
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
  • Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.Benefits
