Join Our Anesthesia TeamWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our team at UF Health Shands at the University of Florida. As a Regional CRNA, you will be part of a collaborative community practice that covers a level 2 trauma center, a surgery center, and a smaller non-overnight call hospital.Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a broad scope of procedures, including Neurosurgery, Interventional Stroke Care, Orthopedics, Vascular, Urology, Colorectal, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, and more.
• Work collaboratively with a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Self-schedule 80% of your schedule, with weekend backup call-coverage split evenly between team members.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies.What We Offer

    • Master's degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the COA.
    • Dual RN/ARNP license, with certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
    • Ability to obtain certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.Preferred Qualifications
