Schedule: Monday - Friday either five 8 or or four 10 hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; Weekends and call optional Types of cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac done by cardiac MD team Avg of monthly cases: 1,800 Avg monthly OB Delivery: 325 Care Team Model: 25 CRNA; 19 MD EMR: Meditech Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Requirements: Active unrestricted FL License Active AHA BLS certifications Minimum 2 years of experience Board Certified Full-time coverage is mandatory---no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
