• Employment Type: Local Contract Position Name: ICU Available Shifts: Days (Rotating Weekends) Shift Differentials: $4.50 nights; $1.50 weekends Sign ON: $20k for Nights and $15k for Days Relocation: Case by Case Fee: 20% In this role you will:
  • - Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
  • - Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
  • - Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively
  • - Monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention of life-threatening situations
  • - Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay. What qualifications you will need:
    • - 1 years of Recent ICU RN experience in acute care Required
    • - Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
    • - Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
    • - NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
    • - Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
    • - American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
    • - PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Additional Information:
