Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN
to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works
hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our
patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique
ability to “float” between several different areas across the
nursing spectrum. What will you do in this role: - Serve as the
patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous
improvement Job Requirements: - Florida RN license and/or approved
multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60
days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. - BLS-AHA
Provider issued card required within 30 days of start - 2 years’ of
recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire - BSN is
preferred HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed,
full-service medical and surgical acute care center. For over 49
