Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/10/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Float Pool RN - Medical Surgical HCA Florida North Florida Hospital – Gainesville, FL Permanent, Contingent | $43/hr flat | Nights $4.25 | Weekends $3 Sign-On Bonus: $15K Days / $25K Nights | Relocation: Case-by-case Position Overview Join a supportive team as a Float Pool RN where you’ll provide care across various med-surg units in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital. Schedule: 3x12s, Rotating Weekends Days: 7a–7p Nights: 7p–7a Ratio: Up to 7:1 nurse-to-patient Note: In-person interview required (may include shadow/tour/admin interview) ? Requirements 1 year recent Med-Surg acute care RN experience (required) FL or Compact RN license (Compact must obtain FL license within 60 days) BLS within 30 days of start Must reside within 60 minutes of the facility Flexible to float across multiple units Why HCA Florida North Florida?
