This is a unique opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, autonomous environment with a supportive team and a hospital committed to expanding its Women's & Children's services. Practice Highlights: Work-Life Balance : Flexible scheduling with 24-hour shifts and home call, allowing for a sustainable and rewarding lifestyle. Comprehensive Coverage : 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17) 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 15) ~3,500 annual deliveries Accepts all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases) Advanced Services : Body cooling, oscillators, and RN/RT-staffed regional transport team. Collaborative Team : Work with a cohesive group of experienced NNPs and supportive OB hospitalists, MFM, and subspecialty telehealth providers. Academic Engagement : Teaching opportunities with University of Central Florida family medicine residents.
