Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 52 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights, rotating Employment Type: Local Contract 1yr min of RRT exp required (ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, Critical care unit) * Would consider those with home care and/or long term care experience * Would Also consider CRT experience* FL State Respiratory License NBRC – RRT/CRT Basic Cardiac Life Support(BLS) ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date NRP - Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date PALS - Pediatric Adv Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date SIGN ON: $20k (Nights Only) Relo: Case by case Shift Diffs: Nights - Weekends - HCCR(NJ) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
