Job Details: Title: RN Renal Vascular Location: Gainesville, FL 32605 Job Type: Full time Permanent Shift: 12 hours - Days & Nights Salary: $30 to $43 an hour (Depends on the years of experience) Full-time Benefits Sign On: Up to $10k for days and $20k for nights Relocation: Must be 100 miles away – usually up to $2.5k to $5k Shift Diffs: Nights $4.25, Weekend $3 Nurse to patient ratio: 7:1 Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. What You Will Do In This Role: Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation Act as an advocate for patient safety. Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay. Requirements: 1 year of RN Experience required (would accept LTAC, Skilled nursing facility, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections) *ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED *Side Note:This unit is a very busy med surg floor and need more bedside or high patient in person ratio exp. Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred. BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start. NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Registered Nurse Registered Nurse Diploma This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
