Physical Therapist Location: Jacksonville, FL Agency: Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: $178 per week Shift Information: Rotating Start Date: ASAP About the Position Weekly Pay $46.67/hour - Physical Therapist at Jacksonville Rehab Hospital - Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. - Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and independence. - Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and other complex medical conditions. - Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, nursing, and case management. - Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. - Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and functional progress. - Primarily scheduled for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays), with potential to cover Mondays or Fridays based on facility needs. - 2 years of PT experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, or a similar setting preferred - Work independently during weekend shifts while demonstrating strong communication and time-management skills. - Serve a patient population consisting of adults and geriatrics with neurologic, orthopedic, and complex medical diagnoses.
