Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, an esteemed part of the HCA
Florida Healthcare network, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse
(RN) for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) on a per diem
(PRN) basis. This role is instrumental in providing high-level,
empathetic care to our most vulnerable patientsnewborns requiring
intensive medical attention. Our state-of-the-art facility enables
our NICU staff to work with cutting-edge technologies and
practices, supporting our commitment to improve patient outcomes
through comprehensive healthcare services. The successful candidate
will join a dynamic team driven by the purpose of making a
significant difference in the early stages of our patients' lives.
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to newborns in the
NICU. Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate
interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
to optimize care plans. Support the emotional and educational needs
of parents and families. Document patient care services and update
records with precision. Follow all hospital safety protocols and
procedures. Strong clinical skills in neonatal care Proficiency in
using medical software and electronic health records Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work
effectively in high-stress environments Attention to detail and
precision in treatment application Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse license in the state of Florida BLS certification Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Certified Neonatal
Intensive Care Nurse (C-NIC) preferred
