This role is pivotal in providing top-notch physical therapy services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. As a pool physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, providing therapy to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring their rehabilitation goals are met through personalized treatment plans. Assess patient conditions through interviews and examinations to determine physical therapy treatment. Develop treatment plans incorporating stretching, strengthening, and more. Implement therapeutic physical interventions ensuring patient comfort. Educate patients and families about recovery processes and home care strategies. Maintain patient records and document treatment progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to tailor treatments to individual patient needs. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and treatment evaluation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple patient needs and adapt to varying health conditions. Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. CPR certified. Optional specialization certifications such as Orthopedic Specialist Certification (OCS) can be beneficial.
