Job Description:
At HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, we seek a dedicated
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU Critical Care to join our
skilled team of care providers in our state-of-the-art Intensive
Care Unit (ICU). This position will offer you the opportunity to

direct nursing care to patients in a high acuity ICU setting.
Monitor patient health conditions and adjust care plans
accordingly. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance
patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and document
all care provided. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and
use medical equipment to support patient health. Educate patients
and families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and
other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Advocate for patients’
health and well-being within the hospital. Strong clinical skills
in a high-intensity healthcare setting. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of medical software
and patient care technology. Ability to perform under pressure in a
fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of
Florida or ability to obtain. BLS certification required. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
