basis Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled
and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Surgical
Unit , part of a high-performing Med-Surg team at a
state-of-the-art medical center. This role is ideal for nurses who
excel in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are committed to
delivering safe, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 45-bed
inpatient surgical unit Perform thorough patient assessments and
develop individualized care plans Maintain continuity of care
throughout the patient stay Manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
with efficiency and strong clinical judgment Collaborate with
physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize
patient outcomes Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of
recent acute care RN experience (within the last 4 years)
Licensure: Active Florida RN license or RN Compact license Must
obtain Florida licensure within 90 days of hire if compact
Certifications: BLS certification required upon hire Additional
