Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a dedicated and
skilled Registered Nurse for our Float Pool in Emergency Services.
This position demands versatility and a commitment to providing

moments. Provide high-quality patient care in emergency and
potentially other departments as part of the float pool. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a timely
manner. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary health teams to
facilitate comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient conditions
and respond with appropriate interventions. Ensure the effective
operation of equipment and the accurate administration of
medication. Maintain clear and accurate patient documentation.
Support patient and family needs with sensitivity and respect for
their concerns and confidentiality. Strong clinical skills in a
variety of medical settings Ability to work effectively in
high-pressure situations Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficient
in using healthcare technology and electronic health records

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification PALS (Pediatric Advanced
Life Support) Certification preferred
