Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in
Apopka, FL, this contract role offers an opportunity to serve as a
Speech Language Pathologist within an elementary school setting.
The assignment spans from late February to the end of May 2026 and
involves working part-time, 2 to 3 days per week, totaling
approximately 15-20 hours weekly. This role supports students from
Pre-K through 5th grade with a diverse range of speech and language
needs across general education and specialized support programs.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on a shared caseload of
approximately 60-65 students with another SLP, operating from the
same spacious workroom for enhanced teamwork and support. Provide
speech-language services addressing various disabilities, including
speech/language impairments, intensive spectrum support,
intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and assistive
communication devices. Deliver services aligned with individual
education plans within the school environment. Maintain compliance
with licensing requirements and documentation standards.
Qualifications: Current Professional License as a Speech Language
Pathologist. Valid Florida Department of Health (FL DOH) license
for speech-language pathology. Open to Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) candidates; support for CFY provided by the staffing agency.
Experience working with pediatric populations in educational
settings preferred. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative
environment. Location: Elementary school setting in Apopka, FL.
